When Refunds Cannot Be Granted

To ensure the security of all game accounts involved, refunds cannot be provided under these circumstances:

  • Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered (e.g., powerleveling completed, dungeon run finished) or digital items have been successfully traded to your account, the sale is considered final.

  • Used or Partially Used Services: If you have received any part of the service or consumed the digital goods, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

    We are often able to resolve problems quickly without needing a refund.

  3. Processing Time: After we issue the refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

Return Window

For any eligible, unused products or services, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. This policy applies uniformly to all our customers.
