Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Picko Store and purchases made through the website.
Picko Store offers two separate types of products: digital PDF files and in-game products or services. The product page and checkout applicable to your order identify what you are purchasing.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms together with the policies presented during checkout.
2. Product Types
PDF Files
PDF products are digital guides, tutorials or other informational materials. They are delivered electronically, normally by email after successful payment confirmation.
In-Game Items & Boosting
In-game products may include virtual currency, virtual items, account-independent in-game delivery, or boosting and gameplay-related services, as specifically described on the relevant product page.
A PDF purchase and an in-game product or boosting purchase are separate products with separate fulfillment methods and may use different supported payment methods.
The description, quantity, price, delivery method, important requirements and any stated limitations on the product page form part of the order.
3. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must have the legal capacity required to make the purchase, or any consent required by applicable law.
You must provide accurate information reasonably necessary to process and fulfill your order. Depending on the product, this may include:
- a valid email address;
- the relevant game and platform;
- server, realm or region information;
- character name, player identifier or username;
- other information clearly requested for fulfillment.
You are responsible for checking this information before submitting it.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices and the applicable product type are displayed before checkout.
Creating an order does not by itself mean that payment was successful. An order is treated as paid only after the applicable payment provider confirms payment.
Picko Store may use different payment providers or payment methods for PDF products and for in-game products or services.
Payment methods shown at checkout are the methods currently available for that product type. A payment method available for one product type is not necessarily available for another.
5. PDF Delivery
Paid PDF products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery normally begins automatically after successful payment confirmation.
Email delivery can be affected by spam filtering, mailbox limits, incorrect addresses, provider delays or temporary technical problems.
If a paid PDF is not received, please check Spam or Junk folders and then contact Picko Store Support.
6. In-Game Fulfillment
In-game items, currency and boosting services are fulfilled manually or through the in-game method described for the relevant product.
Depending on the game and product, fulfillment may require the customer to be online, accept an in-game trade, join a session, provide a valid character or server identifier, or cooperate with reasonable fulfillment instructions.
Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless the product page expressly states that a specific time is guaranteed.
If account access is required for a particular boosting service, that requirement should be clearly disclosed before or during fulfillment. Do not provide passwords, authentication codes or recovery information unless account access is expressly required for the purchased service and secure instructions have been provided.
7. Third-Party Games, Platforms and Rules
Picko Store is an independent website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by game developers, publishers or platform operators unless expressly stated otherwise.
Game names, logos, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Games and platforms may have their own rules concerning trading, virtual items, currency, account access or boosting. Customers are responsible for reviewing rules applicable to their own game or platform account.
Picko Store cannot guarantee that a third-party game publisher or platform will permit, continue to permit, recognize or support a particular third-party transaction or service, or that its rules will remain unchanged.
Picko Store may refuse or cancel fulfillment where it reasonably believes fulfillment would require unlawful access, stolen or compromised accounts, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that the store will not support.
8. License to Use Purchased PDFs
Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a PDF gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use that copy for your own personal use.
You may not:
- resell the PDF;
- publicly redistribute or upload the PDF;
- share purchased copies through file-sharing services;
- reproduce the PDF for commercial redistribution;
- claim the PDF or its original content as your own.
9. Product Results and Game Changes
We make reasonable efforts to describe products and services accurately.
Games may change through patches, balancing changes, resets, wipes, server changes, economy changes or other actions taken by third parties.
Unless expressly promised on the product page, a purchase does not guarantee a particular future game state, ranking, progression speed, market value or continued availability of a third-party game feature.
A boosting service is judged against the service actually described and agreed for that order, subject to applicable law.
10. Optional Complimentary Assistance
Picko Store Support may occasionally provide complimentary help that is not part of a purchased product.
Complimentary assistance is optional, may depend on availability and does not create an entitlement to additional items, currency, boosting or services.
11. Refunds and Order Problems
Refund requests, failed delivery, incorrect products, duplicate charges and other order problems are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Different considerations may apply to a PDF that has already been supplied and to an in-game item or service that has already been fully or partly fulfilled.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. Fraud, Payment Abuse and Chargebacks
Picko Store may refuse, suspend, investigate or cancel an order where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, abusive payment activity or misuse of the website.
Where a payment dispute occurs, Picko Store may provide the payment provider with legitimate transaction and fulfillment records relevant to the dispute.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from using rights available under applicable law or through their payment provider.
13. My Account and Support
My Account uses email-based sign-in links rather than a traditional password. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and any sign-in link sent to it.
Support conversations may be stored so that previous messages can be reviewed and order-related issues can be resolved.
You must not use support or account features for spam, threats, unlawful material, harassment, fraud or attempts to interfere with the website.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep Picko Store available and operational, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, security work, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Picko Store is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by third-party game changes, game-server outages, publisher actions, platform changes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when our products, website, payment methods, fulfillment processes or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page together with its latest update date.
Terms applicable to an existing purchase will not be changed retroactively where doing so would violate applicable law.
17. Applicable Law and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operator of Picko Store and to any mandatory rules that apply to the customer or transaction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that apply regardless of the wording of a contract.
18. Contact
